Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website or App. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website, App, or any other services provided by us.
1.1. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Athmasakhi.
1.2. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Modifications may occur for reasons including, but not limited to, changes in business operations, introduction of new features, or compliance with applicable laws.

By registering for or using the Athmasakhi Matrimony platform, you represent and warrant that:

(b) You are unmarried;
(c) You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
(d) You are not barred by any law or judicial order from using the Service;
(e) You do not have any unspent convictions or court orders relating to assault, sexual misconduct, or harassment;
(f) You have not been previously removed from Athmasakhi Matrimony;
(g) You comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations; and
(h) Athmasakhi reserves the right to permanently terminate or suspend your account if any of the above conditions are found to be false or breached.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
4.1. In order to access certain features of the Service, you must register and create an account ("Account").
4.2. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including photographs and personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, religion, occupation, and location.
4.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
4.4. Athmasakhi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
4.5. You authorize Athmasakhi to send you communications and notifications related to your account, including SMS and email alerts.

7.1. Paid Services
Athmasakhi provides certain paid digital services, including but not limited to premium memberships, credits, and other virtual features ("Paid Services"). No physical goods are sold through the platform.
7.2. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the Website or App are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), as specified at the time of purchase. Athmasakhi reserves the right to change pricing, offers, or plan benefits at any time, with such changes applying only to future purchases.
7.3. Payment Processing
Payments for Paid Services are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways and/or app store platforms (where applicable). Athmasakhi does not store or process your complete payment card details. Payment processing is handled securely by the payment provider in accordance with their policies.
7.4. No Auto-Renewal
Athmasakhi does not offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Any paid plan or membership purchased on Athmasakhi is valid only for the duration shown at the time of purchase and will expire automatically at the end of that period. To continue using paid features, you must renew manually by making a new purchase.
7.5. Cancellation
Since Athmasakhi does not provide auto-renewal, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may choose not to renew after your current plan expires. If you stop using the Service or delete your account, any active plan will remain valid until its expiry, unless terminated earlier due to a violation of these Terms.
7.6. Account Deletion
Deleting your Athmasakhi account will remove your profile and associated data as per our policies. Account deletion does not entitle you to any refund for amounts already paid for active or previously purchased plans, credits, or other Paid Services.
7.7. Refund Policy
(a) All payments made for Paid Services are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law.
(b) Refunds will not be provided for partially used plan periods, unused credits, profile boosts, or for account termination due to violation of these Terms.
(c) In limited cases, refunds may be considered at Athmasakhi's sole discretion, such as duplicate payments or verified technical errors attributable to Athmasakhi.
7.8. Refund Requests and Processing Time
(a) Payment-related queries or refund requests must be submitted to manage@athmasakhi.com with transaction details, registered email/phone, and proof of payment.
(b) If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
(c) Athmasakhi is not responsible for delays caused by banks, app stores, or payment intermediaries.
7.9. Failed, Pending, or Reversed Transactions
If your payment is debited but the Paid Service is not activated, or if a transaction shows as failed/pending, please contact us at manage@athmasakhi.com. Verified cases will be resolved through refund or credit, based on payment gateway reconciliation and our internal verification.
7.10. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Athmasakhi first to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account. Athmasakhi reserves the right to contest chargebacks that are fraudulent or violate these Terms.
8.1. By uploading or providing content (text, photographs, videos, etc.), you grant Athmasakhi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content solely for purposes related to providing and promoting the Service.
8.2. Athmasakhi may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.
9.1. Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon deletion, all associated profile information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
9.2. Athmasakhi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice or refund.

(a) A signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
(b) A detailed description of the copyrighted work;
(c) The URL or location of the infringing material;
(d) Your contact information;
(e) A good faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and
(f) A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Athmasakhi may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any external sites they access through Athmasakhi.
12.1. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
12.2. Athmasakhi shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising out of or related to the use of the Website, App, or Services, including but not limited to:

(d) Athmasakhi does not guarantee marriage, engagement, compatibility, or any specific relationship outcome. The platform only facilitates introductions between users, and all decisions and interactions are solely the responsibility of the users.
14.2. Use of Athmasakhi is at your own risk. Any material downloaded or obtained through the platform is accessed at your own discretion.
15.1. Athmasakhi Network Private Limited may, in whole or part, be sold, merged, or transferred without prior notice.
15.2. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
15.3. No waiver by Athmasakhi shall constitute a continuing waiver or prevent enforcement of any right under these Terms.
