Athmasakhi Matrimony (“Athmasakhi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a culturally rooted matrimonial service created to facilitate respectful, verified, and consent-based introductions between individuals and families seeking a lawful and committed marital relationship within the Malayalam-speaking and Kerala community.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Athmasakhi website (www.athmasakhi.com / www.athmasakhimatrimony.com) and the Athmasakhi mobile application (“Platform”).
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.1. Athmasakhi is a matrimonial introduction platform, not a dating or relationship service. Our role is limited to enabling members to discover and communicate with other members for the sole purpose of exploring a lawful and serious marital alliance.
1.2. Athmasakhi does not conduct marriage negotiations, family discussions, or matrimonial arrangements. All decisions, communications, and outcomes remain solely between the members and their families.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

7.1. Athmasakhi offers optional paid digital services such as premium memberships, credits, and visibility tools designed to enhance matrimonial introductions.
7.2. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways or app store platforms.
7.3. Athmasakhi does not offer auto-renewing subscriptions. All plans expire at the end of their stated validity.
7.4. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of verified technical error.
7.5. Account deletion does not entitle a member to any refund for active or expired services.
8.1. By uploading profile content, you grant Athmasakhi a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content solely for providing and operating matrimonial services.
8.2. Member profiles or photographs shall never be used for public advertising or promotion without explicit written consent.

12.1. Athmasakhi facilitates introductions only and does not guarantee marriage, compatibility, engagement, or any matrimonial outcome.

12.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athmasakhi’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the member for services.
You agree to indemnify Athmasakhi against claims arising from misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
Athmasakhi provides its services on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, profile accuracy, or successful matrimonial outcomes.
15.1. Athmasakhi may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes.
15.2. If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
15.3. These Terms form the complete agreement between you and Athmasakhi.
